Can you install my new shades? Or can you setup someone to install my new shades?
As a shade manufacturer, we do not do installation of window shades, however, we have large nationwide network of dealers and installers we can put you help you get in contact with so you can arrange for you new shade to be installed. You will work directly with the contractor or handyman to arrange for your shade to be installed.
Do you know someone who can measure my windows to make sure the measurements are accurate?
YES WE CAN! For large orders, we recommend having a copy of the blueprints for the project, however not necessary. For large orders, please contact our account specialist and we can assist you in specifying new shades for your construction project or remodel. We can offer volume discount pricing off of the retail price and have an industry leading turnaround time.
I received my new shade in the mail, but it does not fit correctly or its incorrect. What can I do?
Please reach out to one of our account specialists who’s standing by to help. Our customer’s are our number 1 priority, and we want to ensure you are happy with your new investment! Our account specialists can assist you in making sure your shades hang beautifully in your window. If your concerned about whether or not your shade will fit, make sure to check out our online measuring guide when measuring your windows to verify the correct measurement for your window.
I’m a contractor or commercial supplier and have a big job with a large number of shades to manufacturer. Can you manufacturer larger Orders?
We have very fast and simple measuring guide available online with step by step instructions on how to properly measure you window for your new shades. Go check out our measuring guide for easy instructions on how to accurately measure your windows. If your still not sure after reviewing the measuring guide, please reach out to us with any questions you might have. You can also contact your local handyman or contractor to measure your windows.
Do you offer credit, terms, or payment plans?
Because our shades are 100% custom built to dimensions unique to you and your project, we require full payment for all retail purchases prior to beginning production. Most commercial orders require a 50% down payment to begin manufacturing with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
